NFL Player retirement shortfalls solved by The Sportz Dreamz Foundation of Dallas
Dallas, TX - (MARKETWIRE) - 8/17/2011
The Sportz Dreamz Foundation was founded in 2011 and includes members such as NFL Legends Kevin Smith (3x Dallas Cowboy SuperBowl Champion & A&M Hall of Famer) Eric Hill (All Pro Arizona Cardinal/LSU Hall of Famer) Santana Dotson (Defensive Rookie MVP, Superbowl Champion Green Bay Packer), Sean Salisbury (former ESPN Anchor) and Alexander "Sandy" Armour of the Famed Armour Golf Family.
The purpose of the Foundation is to provide former professional athletes with the opportunity to leverage their celebrity in support of worthy causes and humanitarian endeavors while providing them with a residual retirement income. The Foundation is currently comprised of 700+ alumni and active professional legends from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and PGA.
Over the past two years Sportz Partnerz has been creating, testing and perfecting their innovative technology platforms that integrate fan experiences, sponsors, fundraisers and proprietary products that, in some cases, have designed by and for the professional players themselves. "Through this compilation of business models we are able to provide exponentially higher returns to all non profits, school districts, booster clubs and charitable organizations than they are accustom to receiving", says, Christopher Randolph, their Co Founding CEO.
"We saw that bringing the old school fundrasing methods, technology and the professional athletes value all together would make one extremely efficient company," says former Dallas Cowboy Kevin Smith. "Sometimes the genius in a deal is really simple, stop talking about it and actually just get it done"
The complete portfolio includes unique fan experiences like interactive Pro Show Exhibition Games, hunting & fishing road trips, training camps, family outings, private labeled food creations and spices, "Lunches with Legends", the Sportz Partnerz Rewardz Card all tied together by their proprietary social media style fundrasing platform.
Eric Hill, former LSU 1st rounder and All Pro Linebacker from the Arizona Cardinals, said "watching all of these moving parts come together and provide all of our player partners with their own branded franchise has been very fulfilling"
Athletes who have played in the NFL, NBA, MLB or NHL qualify for a personal branded franchise and are encourage to contact Aundrer' Reese (reese@sportzdreamz.org) or Chris Randolph at (randolph@sportzdreamz.org)
The NFL Players of Sportz Partnerz test case proves up $144,615.33 from Interactive Pro Show Exhibition Game
Sportz Partnerz, a subsidiary, of Godspeed Communications LLC. of Dallas Texas was founded in 2006 to represent its network of retired and active professional athletes in their efforts to promote their national network of sports training schools, "Pro Showz" Exhibition Games, and Charitable Community Festivals. The Schools, Festivals, and/or Shorter Pro Show Games are hosted all year round and include Football, Basketball, Baseball, Golf and Soccer themed events. The partnership is made up 700+ active and alums from the NFL, NBA, MLB, PGA and MLS.
Sportz Partnerz events and products have been designed to assist Charities, Booster Clubs, School Districts, Churches, Associations and Youth Leagues around the country to raise funds to supplement their budgets by utilizing the celebrity factor of our professional athletes. The Pros help by allowing these entities to sell, raffle and promote the Pro Show Tickets, Sportz Dreamz Rewardz Card memberships, sponsorships and autographed sports memorabilia throughout the community while they make themselves available for per-campaign appearances, media interviews and sponsorship calls.
The professional players not only support these entities financially, but, also provide the communities with humanitarian deliverables through the Sportz Dreamz Foundation by granting gift tickets and scholarships to the Training Camps, Pro Show tickets and collectibles for children and their families that otherwise might not be able to afford participation.
The "Community Charity Festivals" are sponsor driven and themed around a tailgate environment relative to the sport and season that are representative of the month in which they are held. Attendees enjoy such things as face painting, rock climbing, bouncy houses, beer/wine tastings, cook offs, live music, autographs, photo opportunities, and professional athlete mingling in casual and/or private VIP settings. The festivals are approximately 5 to 8 hours long and always revolve around different food theme concepts. For example Chili, BBQ, Salsa, Wing, and/or Cajun Cook offs for the main course, as well, as Cookie, Pie and Cake Bake offs for the dessert
The "Pro Show Gamez" are friendly game competitions that are hosted by 20-30 of our player partner legends. During Football season for instance we use the 5 minute quarter, 50 yard line to goal, non contact flag football format that is used at NFL Alumni celebrity games and other NFL attractions like the Pro Bowl. In addition to the game, other festivities include autograph signing, photo opportunities, pre game sponsor dinners/brunches, and position technique demonstrations from skilled and experienced players. Depending on the Venue/Stadium the NFL Pro Showz are generally restricted to about 10-13,000 spectators and will generate up to $190,000 in ticket revenues alone. Concessions, Merchandise, Autograph Cards, and Sponsor Dollars are all split with the non profit entity depending on their respective efforts and involvement. (Alike, 3 on 3 games and regular softball games respective to the NBA and MLB exhibitions will have smaller crowds)
"Fundraising" can be dually applied to either of the two events. Both concepts are designed to financially benefit a feature charity(s). The fundraising component is intended to be in lieu of the traditional low profit candy or cookie campaigns youth leagues, school districts, churches, or booster clubs, etc have traditionally relied upon. Instead, they can sell tickets to a much more advantageous Pro Show Game or Community festival and profit directly from those efforts. There are individual, group and team sales incentives built in to maximize these efforts. In some cases there are friendly inter beneficiary competitions. (For example a Police force might challenge the local Fire department or a high school might challenge a cross town/district rival to achieve maximum financial benefit for themselves and the features charity. In addition to regular prize incentives, Grand Prizes might include participation in one of the Pro Showz with and/or against Dallas Cowboy, NFL, NBA, MLB, and/or PGA Legends)
The "Pro Rewardz Cardz" are is the flagship vehicle for residual fundraising for the charitable organizations and yet a continuing profit center for the hand chosen businesses that continue to sponsor Sportz Dreamz and their efforts. The plan now provides members FREE, below wholesale buying power, and the deepest discounted products/services allowed through many of the world's top retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers. By design the program is priced low enough that anyone who uses it just once per month actually will make money from simply donating a minimal $25.00 to $50.00 to the Non Profit that is using Pro Rewardz as their Fundraising Program.
Local businesses can also enroll in the Pro Rewardz Club as a supporting vendor by simply extending preferred discounts to hundreds of thousands members, parents, players and affiliates associated with each Non Profit that utilizes Pro Rewardz as their choice Fundraising Partner. Furthermore, your business receives unparalleled exposure, the Sportz Dreamz Rewardz product and benefits are also available outside of "Sportz Dreamz Proper" and are marketed directly and may include "outsider" businesses. This is done through numerous outlets such as C-Stores, Grocery Stores, Television, Radio, and Internet.
